Recitals: None Operative Part: Feoffment (operative words being 'grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, remise, release, quitclaim and confirm') from (i), in consideration of 54, to (ii) of::(a) messuage or tenement with appurtenances where (ii) now dwells in Toddington, the messuage or tenement of Edmund White on the E part and the messuage or tenement of Thomas Reeve on the S part, and abutting in front towards the W on the common street there.General words clause specifies houses, outhouses, buildings, barns, stables, yards orchards, gardens and backsides; and the 'all estate' clause specifies 'all deeds writings and evidences only concerning the same premisses or any part thereof and true copies of all other deeds and writings which concern the same premises or any part thereof'.Habendum: to (ii) in fee simple to be held of the chief lord(s) of the fee by the rents and services therefore anciently due and of right accustomed.Warranties by (inter alia) JS and his heirs contd against him and his wife and James Mathew, deceased, late father of Sara Stratford.Letter of Attorney by (i) of (iii) to enter into (a) and take seisin and deliver the same to (ii), according to the intent of this deed, ratifying and allowing all and whatsoever (iii) shall jointly or severally do in the premises as fully and wholly as if (i) were in their own proper persons present and should do the same.
