- messuages, lands, tenements, etc.in Wootton, Kempston, and Marston Moretaine etc. on trust for sale and to hold monies arising on same trusts as arise from residuary personal estate and effects - all goods, chattels, money, debts and other personal estate and effects (except plate, furniture etc) on trust for sale to hold monies arising from real and personal estate, on trust to pay debts and funeral expenses and legacies etc. and also to invest £2000 in the names of the trustees in any Parliamentary stocks or Public Funds etc and to pay interest to daughters, Elizabeth, Ann, Harriet and Jane in equal shares for their sole and separate use free from marital control. Share of any daughter dying to go to her sisters. On death of last, said £2000 is to remain in trust for sons, John, Richard, Charles and Frederick Arthur in equal shares as tenants in common.
Also to pay residue of monies to children, John, Richard, Charles, Frederick Arthur, Jane, Elizabeth, Ann and Harriet, to be in lieu of any legacy under their late father's will.
Power to appoint new trustees.
Said William Manson and John Sheppard Cranfield appointed executors. To receive £19 19s for their trouble.
