    Copy draft assignment of mortgage debt i) Charles Emery, Upper Street, Islington, laceman, and wife, Elizabeth, late Elizabeth Adams, spinster ii) Sarah Adams, late of Little Brickhill, Bucks, and now of Fenny Stratford, widow iii)Josh Dickins, Morton, Northants, farmer iv) Joseph Bishop, Burton Dassett Grounds, Warwicks, farmer William Ledbrooke, Burton Dassett Grounds, farmer Thomas Draper, Banbury, Oxon, gentleman reciting that iii) in October 1840 paid to Jonathan Adams £1000 and said Jonathan Adams agreed to convey certain mortgaged property to iii). No assignment or conveyance has yet been made. Jonathan Adams died in August 1841. Will dated 19 March 1841.Wife, ii), appointed executrix. Will proved in PCC. Elizabeth Emery ia only child of Jonathan Adams and is heiress at law. iii) has occasion for said £1000 which iv) have agreed to pay on having mortgage transferred to them now in consideration of £1000 paid to Jonathan Adams by iii) as II) acknowledges and in consideration of said £1000 paid by iv) to iii) ii) at request of iii) transfers to iv) -said principal sum of £1000 also in consideration of 10s paid to i) by iv) i) at request of ii) and ii) release to iv) - freehold messuages, cottages etc as in "within written indenture" subject ot equity of redemption also ii) at request of iii) transfers to iv) - leasehold close or plot of land assigned to Jonathan Adams in deed for residue of term of 3000 years, but subject to equity of redemption iv) declare that the said £1000 was lent by them out of money on a joint account. Interest in said sum to descend to last survivor signatures (copy) of i) and iii), mark of ii) receipt acknowledgement by Elizabeth Emery, 19 September 1845 witnesses Jno Randall, solicitor, Temple J Munton, Banbury
