For securing to (b) £3300 and interest to (b) and same sum to (c)
(iii) has agreed to sell to (iv) and (v) undermentioned piece of land, subject to rights of way, for £150
Now (i) and (ii), by direction of (iii) in consideration of £150 paid by (iv) and (v) to (iii) with consent of (i) and (ii), grant to (iv) and (v)
- piece of land in parish of St Peter Martin (2a) used as a private road extending from E or SE corner of a close of land adjoining Kimbolton Road, belonging to (iii) called Knotts Corner, to N or NE corner of another close of (iii) called Orchard Close, and of average width of 30 feet
As in plan on deed [named Wood Road] to hold subject to right of way of (iv), (v) and the Duke of Bedford and Trustees of the Rev R W Fitzpatrick
(iii) covenants to produce deeds as in Schedule if required
Also (iv) and (v) yield up
- rights of foot, horse and carriage way and road over 4 closes of (iii) in Bedford, and shown on plan and called North Field, Dog Hole Field, Home Close and The Leys to (i) (ii) and (iii) to intent that such rights be merged and extinguished
Also (iv) and (v) will plant a suitable quick hedge and dig a ditch against the same on S and SW side
Also they will use all reasonable endeavours to induce trustees of R W Fitzpatrick to surrender right of foot, horse and carriage way over North Field and Dig Hole Field
Also (iv) and (v) will make a footway over their own land where it adjoins the N corner of Dog Hole Field to the footway on their own land which leads to Clapham Park in substitution of existing footway
