By codicil of 27 June 1831 he changed his executors. He died on 30 June 1831. Will proved (PCC) on 14 February 1832 by John Frederick Foster and William Morris He left 4 children by his wife Amelia, ie Arthur Fitzjohn Foster, (v), Mary Amelia Fuller and Flora Dawson Reciting marriage settlement of (i), dated 17 September 1834 and of (iii), dated 6 June 1836 Arthur Fitzjohn Foster died in 1842 a bachelor.
