Will proved (PPR) on 31 July 1861. Now in consideration of £50 paid to (i) by (iii) (i), with consent of (ii) convey to (iii) - piece of land in Goldington N & NW (ii) E turnpike road from Bedford to Kimbolton S & SW Carriage drive from Clapham Park House to said road (as in plan on deed [which shows tollgate]) to use of (iii) for ever (iii) declare that no woman who shall be come their widows shall be entitled to dower out of said piece of land (iii) Covenant with (ii) to fence off said piece of ground Signatures of all Endorsed receipt various witnesses
