    Main Descent of Clapham Park Estate Conveyance (i) William Long Fitzpatrick, 'Woodlands', Clapham, Esq (ii) Hugh Edmund Browning, Clapham Park, Esq. reciting exchange of 24 December 1864 [Z 659/38] By other deeds mentioned in Schedule (i) is entitled to a right of way along carriage road of (ii) leading from Clapham Green to Clapham Park, as shown yellow and pink on plan attached to deed except such part of road as was sold with Bottom Wood Field, and numbered 165 on plan, to (ii) Now in consideration of £900 paid to (i) by (ii) (i) conveys to (ii), all in Clapham 1 - Rose Close (5a 14p) - no 122 on plan on deed 2 - Dowlands (3a 2r 22p) - no 164 3 - Dowlands (7a 18p) - no 166 with fence and ditch on SW side 4 - Near Yarrow (6a 1r 2p) - no 168 5 - strip part of Picketts Close - no. 120 extending from A-B along entire frontage of close with road (840ft in length) and extends 2ft from centre of quick hedge to road Reserving to (i) and occupiers of Picketts Close and of Crabtree Allotments - no. 121 - full right to pass and repass along piece of land 9ft 6in wide from Picketts Close, through gate onto said road at point marked 'C' on plan (eastward gatepost of which is 529ft from 'B') and then to highway at Clapham Green Also (i) releases to (ii) - such part of right of way as extends over points 'D' and 'E' on plan except such part as was sold with Bottom Wood Field To intent that (ii) may hold said parts of road freed from right of way (ii) will erect fence along SW boundary of 4thly described piece of land, and also of 3rdly described will also maintain a fence between Picketts Close and said carriage drive, and maintain gate, 9ft 6ins wide, at point C. Also (i) and (ii) mutually agree with each other to erect fence along SW boundary of 1st and 2ndly described land so as to divide them from Crabtree Allotments (i) acknowledges right of (ii) to production of documents in Schedule Schedule 1 and 3 May 1813.
