He died in November 1857 and said Mary Swepson died on 29 August 1858 intestate, leaving (i) her only son surviving her. Now in consideration of £20 paid to (i) by (ii) (i) conveys to (ii) - cottage on Green in Clapham, late in occupation of John Richardson and now of - Cowley (iii) to be trustee for (ii) if necessary No widow of (ii) to be entitled to dower in the premises Signature of (i) Receipt Witness E Eagles, jnr
