Reciting will of William Swepson of 6 June 1849 by which he devised premises as in this deed, to his wife Mary Swepson. He died in November 1857 and said Mary Swepson died on 29 August 1858 intestate, leaving (i) her only son surviving her.
Now in consideration of £20 paid to (i) by (ii)
(i) conveys to (ii)
- cottage on Green in Clapham, late in occupation of John Richardson and now of - Cowley
(iii) to be trustee for (ii) if necessary
No widow of (ii) to be entitled to dower in the premises
