Ann Tailor died on 17 June 1845 leaving husband (i), and son (ii) surviving her
Now in consideration of £20 paid by (iii) to (i) and (ii)
(i) and (ii) release to (iii)
- cottage and garden on the Green in Clapham, in occupation of John Richardson
Said cottage fronts road leading from village to a farm belonging to Lord Ashburnham in occupation of John Crisp

N footpath over land of J T Dawson leading towards Brickhill House
All other partslands of J T Dawson
(iv) to be trustee for (iii) if necessary
(iii) declares that no widow of his shall be entitled to dower in said cottage etc
