Term - 1 year from 29 September next
Rent - £476 yearly
(ii) will not underlet, or lop any maiden tree.
Any meadow or pasture converted into arable without consent of (i) will incur penalty of £40 an acre
To use four course husbandry
Various other provisions regarding the crops grown on the land, the maintenance of hedges, ditches etc
(i) will pay (ii) for any underdraining done
