    Release i) Hamilton Edw Geo Earle, Capt in R.N., in command of HMS London, off Zanzibar on the E coast of Africa, but at present in England on leave ii) Rev Hen Edw Suckling, Roydon Vicarage, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, and w Fanny Woodcock Hamilton Suckling iii) sd H E G Earle iv) Rev Leo Harcourt Earle, Conisholme Rectory, Grimsby, Lincs, and w Mary Anne Earle v) sd H E G Earle Hen Jn Thimbleby, 39, High Street, Barnet, Herts, gent Thos Edw Gardner, 39, High Street, Barnet, Herts, gent vi) Rev Edw Swann, Vicar of Elm, Cambs (one of the exors of will of Emily Cath Harcourt, late of 6, Priory, Bedford, wid, dec) reciting deed of 11 August 1823 being the marriage settlement of Edw Chas Earle and Jane Johnson and reciting various transactions in the settlements funds. Edw Chas Earle died on 11 Apr 1845. Letters of administration with will annexed was granted to Jane Earle by PCC on 4 Aug 1845. There were 4 children of the marriage of E C and Jane Earle - Jane Sophia Eliz Earle, who died in 1849, sd Fanny Woodcock Hamilton Suckling, i) and Leo Harcourt Earle reciting further transactions in the trust funds reciting also the marriage settlement of iv) i.e. L H Earle and Mary Anne Gardner dated 25 Sept 1861 reciting also the marriage settlement of ii) i.e. H E Suckling and Fanny Woodcock Hamilton Earle who were married on 9 Sept 1862 Geo Sim Harcourt, one of the trustees of marriage settlement of E C Earle and Jane Earle) died on 29 Dec 1868 and by his will appointed sd Emily Harcourt as ex'trix Sd E C Harcourt died on 11 Jan 1880. By her will dated 27 Mar 1869 she had appointed vi), Robt Couchman, Bedford, surgeon, and her son, Phil Hanmer Harcourt as exors vi) has taken on himself the executorship of sd will. Sd Emily Cath Harcourt had pd the succession duty and carried out various transactions regarding the trust funds vi) has transferred certain sums into the names of the people whose names appear in the first column of the schedule to this deed vi) has made his accounts in respect of the trusts premises and i) and v) are satisfied with them and they also approve of the conduct of previous trustees now i) and v) release and discharge vi) from any proceedings etc on account of the trust monies and any transactions in the trust property etc wits H Fawcett, Wainsford, Lymington [?] M L Loch, school mistress, Roydon, Kings Lynn Thos Longley, vicar of Grainthorpe, Lincs Jn Thimbleby, High Barnet, Herts, gent with schedule
