    Mortgage from Albert Frederick Lawford of 1H Block, Peabody Buildings, Roscoe Street, St. Lukes, London, brass finisher, to William George Holyoak of Bedford Road Luton, auctioneer, to secure £100 with interest at the rate of £5 per annum, of his undivided third share of and in the following land subject to the mortgage in /5 (which by an indenture of Transfer is vested in Frances Elizabeth Seymour, Eliza Charlotte Seymour, Rosa Scarborough Seymour, Annie Seymour, Alice Theodora Seymour, Jonathan Francis Seymour, John Lawrence and Charles James Seymour): (a) a messuage, tenement or warehouse as in /5(a) occupied by Messrs. J. C. Kershaw and Co. (b) messuage, tenement or warehouse as in /5(b) described here as now partly built on and now let to George Wilcox Gilder being partly in his occupation and partly in the occupation of his sub tenants. (c) messuage, tenement or warehouse as in /5(c) described here as now in the occupation of John Irving Wright and bounded on the SE by premises occupied by Messrs Garrard and Staddon, at the back by property belonging to the devisees of the late Henry Pigott and on the NW by a warehouse and premises of J. C. Kershaw and Co. Endorsed with two further charges between the same parties to secure additional sums £50 with interest at the rate of £5 per annum in each case. The first dated 18 Jan 1898, and the second 13 July 1898.
