Administration de bonis non - with the will as in /3 annexed - of the unadministered estate of FB and his wife EB, granted to Francis Butterfield, son of the testator/-trix. Recites that EB proved her husband's will, as sole executrix and residuary legatee for life, that FB had not substituted a residuary legatee, and that EB 'for some time intermeddled in the personal estate and effects of the deceased, and died on 11 June 1867 leaving part of the estate unadministered. Endorsed with memorandum of presentment of the probate as part of a verdict in the Court Baron of The Manor of Markyate in the County of Hertford held 25th June 1869. signed by William ...ains[?] and Thomas Birdsey.
