Whereas Last July [1809] John Grant caused the said premises hereinafter described to be auctioned at Ravensden, and James Dyson was the highest bidder at £95 and thereupon paid to Messrs Brown and Son, auctioneers £9 10s being part of the purchase money.
Witnesseth conveyance by 1 to 2 consideration £85 10s and £9 10s paid by 2 to Messrs Brown and Son.
