Whereas Thomas Palmer agreed with Thos Thomson for absolute purchase of premises £180 10s out of which £78 10d owing to Jn Woodham be discharged Witnesseth Conveyance by 2 to 3 consideration £180 out of which £78 10d paid by 3 to 1 and £102 9s 2d paid by 3 to 2 - cottage or tenement with orchard ground and appurtenances at Wilden then or late occupied by George Fitzhugh - 1a pightle of ley or sward ground at Wilden occupied by Jn Swales - 1a meadow Coles Meadow, Wilden occupied by Jn Swales - 22åa arable land in Wilden common fields occupied by Henry Wagstaff with all appurtenanes which premises, the late estate and inhertance of Thomas Wagstaff, Wilden, deceased which were devised by his will of 25 November 1753 to daughter Susanne wife of Thomas Thompson and Mary wife of Thos Wagstaff, Wrestlingworth, butcher, a moiety of premises except cottage and orchard which premises lease and release (X 631/16) of 1/2 January 1756 granted by Thomas Adams and wife Mary to use of Thomas Thompson and heirs by will of Thomas Wagstaff And Thomas Thompson and wife Susanna agree with Thomas Palmer at Trinity Term or at end of Michaelmas term to levy at the Court of Common Pleas one fine And premises assigned by John Woodham to Henry Hurst his executors and assigns in trust for Thos Palmer Further Witnesseth for consideration named and consideration of 5s paid Henry Hurst to John Woodham the premises assigned to Henry Hurst in trust for said Thos Palmer heirs and assigns remaining 500 years Signed and sealed: John Woodham, Thomas Thompson, Susanna Thompson Witnesses: Jeremy Fish Palmer, Thos Kidman, R H Hurst, Thos Palmer 23/24 August 1758 Deed Poll Endorsed Recites enclosed deed And Whereas Henry Hurst is now dead, having made will 19 January 1771 and appointed grandson Robert Harris Hurst, Odell, clerk, sole executor And Whereas Thos Palmer by lease and release conveyed premises to Edward Green, St Gabriel, Fenchurch Street, London, Middx for term 500 years kept on foot, premises assigned to Nathaniel Hulme, Charterhouse Square, Middx, Doctor of Physic, executrix, admin and assigns in trust to said Edward Green for remainder of term of 500 years Witnesseth consideration 10s paid by Nath Hulm to Rob Harris Hurst, Rob Harris Hurst assigned and transferred, with consent of Thos Palmer and Edw Green, to Nath Hulme all premises for remainder of 50 years.
