    Conveyance (lease and release) 1 Thos Adams, Wrestlingworth, butcher and wife Mary, one of the daughters and devisees of Thomas Wagstaff, late of Wilden, yeoman deceased (vendors) 2 Thomas Thompson, Potton, barber and perukemaker and Susanna his wife late Susanna Watstaff, daughter and devisee of Thos Wagstaff deceased (purchaser) 3 Thomas Underwood, Potton, draper Witnesseth conveyance by 1 to 2 in consideration £60, release to 2 one undivided moiety or å part of the following: - 18a 3r arable land in the fields of Wilden occupied by Henry Wagstaff - 1a meadow at Coles Meadow, Wilden, occupied by John Swales the said premises the estate of Agnes Watford, late Wilden widow deceased and devised to her grandchildren Thomas Wagstaff deceased and sister Elizabeth, wife of Mark Stanbridge And a moiety or å share of the following: - pightle, ley or sward at Wilden, la pushing now or late John Fitzhugh on north, south and west parts thereof and now occupied John Swales - 3a 3r arable land in the common fields at Wilden late occupied by William Smith and now Wm Wagstaff which premises amongst others purchased by said Thomas Wagstaff of Munns Hardwick and others. - moiety of premises devised by Agnes Watford to Mary Adams and heirs, by will of Thomas Wagstaff 25 November 1753 - and all appurtenances, profits etc. Thomas Adams and wife Mary have full authority to convey said moiety and Thomas Thompson to hold it without interruption Whereas Thos Thompson and wife Susanna are seized of said premises by will of Thom Wagstaff deceased. - cottage or tenement with orchard at Wilden occupied by George Fitzhugh - and other undivided moiety all lands and premises hereinbefore Further Witnesseth for settling and assuring of above premises Thos Adams and Thomas Thompson have covenanted with Thos Underwood and heirs that Thos and Mary Adams and Thomas and Susanna Thompson will at next Hilary terms or subsequent term at the Court of Common Pleas levy one or more fine or fines of: - said cottage a tenement and orchard. 22åa arable land la meadow and pightle a parcel of enclosed ley or sward with appurtenances for the use of Thomas Thompson heirs and assigns Signed and sealed: Thomas Adams, Mary Adams, Thomas Thompson, Susanna Thompson, Thomas Underwood Witnesses: Thomas Truelove, Walt Neale
