    Will (copy) Thomas Wagstaff, Wilden, yeoman, bequeaths to: - Henry Wagstaff, son-in-law, cottage, house, outhouses, and orchard rented and occupied by John Smith to him and heirs - daughter Sarah Lacke - daughter Susanna Wagstaff, cottage now rented by George Fitzhugh and å of orchard adjoining - daughter Mary Manning house rented by Joseph Sibley and remaining part of orchard - daughter Susanna should she die without heirs her part to daughter Mary Adams - daughters Mary Adams and Susanna Wagstaff 22åa land at Wilden and la meadow in Coale Meadow equally, but if Susanna shall die without heirs her part to Mary Adams - remainder of real and personal estate to Mary Adams and Susanna Wagstaff. Susanna Wagstaff sole executrix paying all debts and funeral expenses. - Mary Adams paying out of her part of personal estate £20, part of a bond I Stand engaged to Henry Wagstaff.
