- messuage, cottage or tenement with appurtenances in St Pauls, Bedford at a place called Vines Corner with shop adjacent and belonging late occupied by George Hensman, afterwards Thomas Button and now William Faldoe, finally purchased by Geo Hensman from Robert Wood, gent and wife Susanna.
- messuage, cottage or tenement at Vines Corner, Bedford St Pauls formerly acquired by John Onley and now James Brandreth fronting the corner street north and lying between the above mentioned messuage and shop and a messuage formerly belonging and in possession of John Truelove senior and John Truelove junior or one of them and since of Thomas Russell, which last said messuage was formerly a stable and then occupied by John Truelove senior heretofore purchased by Geo Hensman of John Waite, gent and Jasper Spencer, draper.
- cottage, tenement or dwelling house in Castle Lane Bedford St Pauls and also one other tenement or dwelling house adjacent or standing near same used as a barn, premises now occupied by Mary Hensman and widow of Joseph Franklin deceased.
- other tenement lately purchased by said George Hensman of James Munns.
- messuage cottage and tenement at East End, Wilden and 3a close of pasture and adjacent occupied by George Cook, purchased by said George Hensman of Elizabeth Lack, spinster, with outhouses and appurtenances.
Provided always that if 1 or heirs and assigns pay to 2 executors admin and assigns £100 and interest on 20 Aug next this indenture shall be absolutely void. In case of default on part of 1 it shall be awful for 2 to enter and enjoy premises subject to equity of redemption above mentioned.
