(Note: Between November 1897 and February 1898 the headed notepaper changes to "H. Percy Adams, F.R.I.B.A Architect".) Letter Returns contract, properly signed. Kerridge and Shaw write that they have taken the levelling and road making as plans and letter of 15th January and are providing the drainage. Propose visiting the Ibstock works next week to see how the terra cotta modelling is progressing. Is now working on the rearrangement of the arch over the organ in the chapel.
