Habendum includes ?life estates to TS and his wife Elizabeth with an entrusted estate, ?in remainder, to JS and TC for the life of ES and TS and the survivor of them to preserve contingent remainders, remainder to the heir/s of their body and, in default, ultimately to TS in fee.
Elizabeth is the intended wife of JS
