    Map shows an area of approximately twenty miles round Bedford taken from Ordnance Survey map. Scale half an inch to a mile. The map is divided up into two mile squares and is coloured. Round the edge of the map are the following advertisments: T.S. Carpenter, ironmonger, "Hobbies Specialities, 8 Midland Rd." Walt Smith, chemist, St. Mary's - noted for Dr Watts neuralgia mixture, "one dose relieves, three doses cure" 1/- per bottle. J.
