Sent to Miss M Chandler, Chellington. Message reads 'I expect you have wondered why I have not written before. I had 3 and a piece out on Sat & then the 3 front ones on Mon. I neither screamed nor fainted, but I felt very queer on Sat. night. There was no pain with having them out but the injection was rather bad. He wants me to wait a few months before I have them in as my gums are in a very bad condition owing to my side teeth being as bad, as I think I shall have a temporary set of the 3 front ones. Shall not go for a holiday now. Hope you are enjoying yours. Remember me to you Mother & Sisters. Biddy. It makes me lisp.'
