John Willmot, Birmingham. Has sent a cheque. Had a very satisfactory account of Mrs. Chessum so have let her the house at Chesterfield at £15 p.a. The meadows are still unlet, for Messrs. Laxton, the nursery man, decided not to take them for fear of flooding. Young Baldry from the Warren farm would take them at 50s an acre. Plans for Baldrys cottages are being prepared - would you decide on a site ?
