They are children of Florence and R.Frank Carter of Woburn Sands. R.Frank Carter was the engineer at Daneswood Sanitorium. As the child behind Louis is presumably Winnie Small leaving the fellow at the donkeys head to be Jack Small. 52 Shop kept by Fred Newman, antique dealer, Woburn Sands before he left for Australia.
