Photocopy of 'A Saga of the Old' by Bill Gribble Foreword states that the poem is inspired by the old craftsmen of the Pyghtle Works, Bedford (John P. White's) and by their work in oak. There is a picture of the 25 members of the firm who are over 65 and the poem includes a few lines about each one.
