Reciting: - Will of William John Adkins late of Aspley Guise dated 3rd Dec 1864 whereby after appointing his wife Ann Adkins and (i) executors he devised all his real estate in Aspley Guise and Wavendon, Buckinghamshire to (i) upon trust to sell. - William John Adkins died on the 10th Feb 1865 and his will was proved on the 5th May 1864. - Ann Adkins died on the 22nd Mar 1873. Operative: - In consideration of £1600 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (See attached plan) (a) Close or piece or pasture land at Aspley Guise of 17a 1r 31p, part of which containing 8a 2r 1p was formerly arable and called Fen Field and the remainder is part of two closes called Fourth Field and Guillaume's Meadow or Budd's Pasture. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii). Covenants: - No wife of (ii) to dower out of property. - Signed by (i). - Witnessed and signed by Charles Herbert, clerk to Mr. Green of Woburn, Beds, solicitor.
