    Will of Hen. Newman, Sewell, yeo. --- to w. Ruth, Michael Cook, the testator's brother in law, Sewell, yeo, and Wm. Newman, his kinsman, H. Regis:- mess. occ. Jo. Hudnall, close adj. Sewell and 15ac 1r arable & meadow, H. Regis & Totternhoe flds, with rt. of common, purch. by Hen. Newman late father of testator, of Jn. Bucknam als Buckingham. - in trust to sell and discharge mortgage on the premises, residue to pay debts and bring up children. --- to s. Wm., the mess. occ. by the testator, with farm in Sewell and Totternhoe, bequeathed to the test. by grandfather Oliver Newman, and parcel of the lands formerly purch. of Hickson & Goodall, he to pay testator's sons Robt. & Michael £150 each when of age, remainder to surviving sons in equal shares, or to all the remaining children in equal shares if both die, the trustees to occupy the farm till Wm. is 24 yrs. old, remainder to Robt. Newman on condition that he pays Michael £150. --- to s. Wm. the brewing vessel, 1 leaden pump, 1 leaden horse-trough, the wheathouse & all hovels belonging to the mess. when 24 yrs of age. --- trustees to bring up the testator's 6 children - Wm., Robt., Michael, Mary, Ruth & Sarah. --- personal estate in Beds. & Herts to trustees for this purpose, residue to be divided among the daus. as trustees see fit.
