Regis & Totternhoe, to him and heirs male of his body, remainder to Wm. Newman Jnr., s. of testator's s. Wm., H. Regis, yeo. Proviso: Wm. Newman snr. to occupy the premises from the decease of the testator until Hen. Newman is of age, and to keep same in good repair. --- joined bedstead and great chest standing in the chamber over the kitchen are to be heirlooms of the dwellinghouse --- to Wm. Newman jnr. 2 pairs of sheets, 2 pairs of pillowbeares and 4 napkins --- to Mary Newman, testator's grandchild & dau. of Wm. Newman snr., the little cheat in the little chamber over the hall, 6 pairs of sheets, 3 pairs of pillowbeares, 1 tablecloth, 4 napkins 1 pewter platter, 2 pewter porringers, and 4 pewter spoons. --- to grandchildren Wm. & Mary Newman, £5 each --- to Susannah Newman, dau. of Hen.
