Endorsed: 'The lands within this boucke contayned was given by Thos. Everett unto three of hys sons namely Thos., Abr. & Robt. among divers other lands and by divers other convanences (sic) and before this falle unto Wm. Howe by Abr. ther was a devicion between the bretheren as appeareth by an indentur mad between them and knoledg in the Chancery in Trenety terme 1595'.
