By his will dated 25 August 1934, he appointed ii) as his executors. Will proved (PPR) on 23 September 1935 Now in consideration of £30 by way of deposit and also of £270 now paid by ii) to i) out of the estate of said S C Aylott, deceased (total - £300) i) conveys to ii) - piece of land at Caddington W Skimpot Road (frontage of 202 feet) N Luton and Dunstable Greyhound Racing Club (200 feet) E other land of said Club (217ft 9ins) S footpath (200ft) being most southerly of 2 pieces conveyed by above conveyance to be held by ii) as if the purchase of the property had been completed in lifetime of S C Aylott, deceased ii) will erect boundary fence not more than 4ft 6ins high signature of i) witness Philip R Barnard, Managing Clerk to Neve, Son and Co., solicitor, Luton With plan showing the property.
