(c) liberty for (ii) every twelve years to put soil and mud from west part of moat onto bank which was part of Fishpond Leyes when they were fallow or common and to take it away any time the following winter;
(d) tithes of (a)-(b) and of two holmes called Swineholme and Patemans Holme alias Dickmill Holmes formerly purchased by (ii) of (i) and of three acres of arable in fourteen selions next to Pecks Close in Bedford, St.Cuthbert also purchased by (ii) of (i)
