Letter from Henry Stephens to Mr Francis Bassett. Has received his letter and handed it to Col Glass who will reply to it. Col Glass wished to convey that it was his intention to personally pay and settle all debts incurred 'at this side of the water' for himself and Mrs Glass. Only thing outside liabilities was debt to Cox and Co for Mrs Glass to pay off a debt to her brother
