It is jealous imagination to justify her own conduct. Has had 3 letters from Mr Stephens that Fred refuses to pay Mary's debt of £100 to Cox and Co. Mary has div. he sent and will not part from it until nurse Jones leaves Fred.
Presumes Fred has not accepted F Bassett's offer to lend him £100
