Uncle John Tylor expects to divide residue of R Savory and E Paull's estates early in August. His father does not understand about £50 to be returned to F B. With regard to Finchley he has got a judgment for possession so can offer property for auction. If loan can stand to Michaelmas then can promise whole of principal and interest without fail as in default of better offer wil accept one of £2250. Has had to pay £300 off Father's loan to keep his bankers quiet.
With reference to Wigan £1000 - is in correspondence with auctioneer and will be better able to reply in a few days. With P S regarding R Savory's and E Paull's residues.
