- 1/24th part of receipts from said metals, minerals and blende
- royalty of 3d per ton of iron or iron ore
- £25 p.a. in respect of adit to be made from adjoining property of ii)
-£5 p.a. for power to quarry stone from place shown on NE corner of map (rent £5 p.a.)
- royalty of 3d per ton from quarry
ii) agrees to render such metals fit for sale and to sell them at best possible price
Buildings etc to be kept in repair, also gates and fences
To keep separate accounts and records
To supply i) with maps of workings if required
No new working to be open without permission
Other requirements as to safety and compensation for damage
Stone to be provided for estate repairs at cost price. provisions regarding new lease at end of 21 years
