    Lease i) John Dollin Bassett, Leighton Buzzard, banker ii) William Green, Leighton Buzzard, grocer consideration - yearly rent, covenants, conditions and agreements i) demises to ii) - messuage or shop nearly opposite the market house in Leighton Buzzard - warehouses, candle houses, stables and other outbuildings etc adjoining and belonging and therewith used and occupied now in occupation of ii) as a grocer and tallow chandler and general dealer - garden, paths, profits, commodities, lights, easements etc. belonging to above term - 21 years from 25 March next rent - £70 p.a. payable quarterly, clear from all manner of taxes except landlord's property tax land tax has been redeemed premises to be kept in good state of repair and decoration outside of buildings to be painted every 3 years in good oil colours Landlord's fixtures to be delivered up at end of term except such fixtures as ii) purchased from John Sanders, Leighton Buzzard, grocer i), agents and workmen, may enter premises twice a year to inspect condition.
