.Lease and release, also see X811/65. i) William Poulton, Leighton Buzzard, currier ii) John Day, Bedford, gentleman George Green, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman reciting that i) is indebted to ii) and others in a considerable sum of money which he is desirous of discharging. So has agreed to convey all real estate and assign all his personal estate, in trust for sale now for aforesaid purposes and in consideration of 5s a piece paid by ii) to i) i) releases to ii) (in their actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year) - messuage in Leighton Buzzard near the High Cross, late in occupation of i) now Grey Jermain Cooper W now Mrs Firth - garden ground behind and adjoining to be held by ii) on trust for sale. Proceeds used to pay cont cost of deeds etc and then to discharge debts of i) Also in consideration of further sum of 5s, i) assigns and transfers to ii) - household goods, furniture, stock in trade, bills, securities for money etc on trust for sale to discharge debts of i).
