i) release to ii), in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year
- messuage in Leighton Buzzard near the High Cross once in occupation of Robert Perrott, late of William Perrott, since of Ann Coles and now empty and untenanted
E John Stone in occupation of James Gregory
W once Giles Firth and now of heirs of William Firth
- garden behind and adjoining
- wash house, brewhouse,stable, barn and offices adjoining together
- well said well to be held with and jointly maintained by the heirs of William Firth
- way or passage for carts and carriages from said messuage and yard into Friday Lane or Friday Street over the arch or bridge whch arch or bridge is to be maintained by ii),John Stone and heirs of William Firth and half of costs thereof are to be paid jointly by ii) and John Stone, and other moiety by heirs of William Firth
- all other buildings on said land except barns, offices and orchard at bottom of said way or passage next to Friday Lane or Street and conveyed by i) to John Stone
- deeds thereof now in custody of i)
Each of i) as far as relates to their separate one fourth share are rightfully seised of the premises in fee simple and have authority to release the premises
freed from all charges except rents due to Chief Lord
