Body to be decently buried at discretion of Executors.
... to 2 nieces Ann Coles and Fanny Coles:
- messuage and farm lands at Husborne Crawley now in occupation of John Stringer to hold as tenants in common and not as joint tenants. Said farm charged with annuity of £10 to Benedict Coles, Great Brickhill, grocer, for life. To be paid half yearly. If he disposes of rent charge, then it becomes void.
On 27 October 1757 he surrendered into hand of Lord of Manor of Leighton Buzzard otherwise Grovebury all his copyhold lands to the use of his will

- said copyhold property;
- freehold messuage in Leighton Buzzard in which he now dwells;
... to William Coles of Dunstable, grocer:
- freehold closes, lands, tenements etc at Bossington in Linchlade in County of Bucks;
... to William Coles, son of Benedict Coles, the elder, 'who now lives with me':
- messuage in Leighton Buzzard now in occupation of Joseph White, miller;
... to said 2 nieces, Ann Coles and Fanny Coles:
- stock in trade to be equally divided between them, share and share alike;
... to niece Ann Coles:
- residue of goods, ready money, household goods, plate, linen and personal estate subject to payment of debts and funeral expenses.
Said Ann Coles and said William Coles of Dunstable, appointed executrix and executor.
