'as long as my wife lives' After death of mother William to pay £16 p.a. to each of them Whereas he bought 1/3rd part of £47 p.a. which was his mother Carter's jointure, of brother Randolph Taylor, and another 1/3rd part from sister Mary Dimoke, which cost £410. Randolph Taylor was paid an annuity for life. As these 2 x 1/3rd parts are not quite enough for daughter's £16 p.a. each, it is to be made up from estate in Leighton Buzzard Neither of daughters or their husbands shall have power to sell annuity 'that they may not want food or apparel'. At death of daughter Coles, payment of £16 p.a. is done with but all her children who are of age shall have £50 at 21 At death of daughter Buttfield, payment of £16 p.a. ceases but when her daughter Elizabeth Buttfield is of age, then if mother is dead she shall have £200. If daughter Buttfield dies before daughter is 21, then William shall allow her £10 p.a.until 21. Fearing that daughters Elizabeth and Frances Coles should be in 'too streight circumstances' when they are old, then 2 years after mother's death, brother shall pay them £20 p.a. instead of £16.
