Surrender i) The Home and Colonial Stores Ltd, 2 & 4, Paul Street, Finsbury, London ii) Florence Mary Wright, wife of Bernard Swanwick Wright, Nottingham, gentleman iii) said Bernard Swanwick Wright being supplemental to lease of 11 June 1910 between a) Joseph Burton and Sons Ltd b) Home and Colonial Stores Ltd - shop, messuage and premises in High Street, Market Place, Leighton Buzzard, etc and garden at rear were demised to b) for 17 years (less 2 days) from 24 June 1910 i) at request of ii) being the person legally seised of the equity of redemption has agreed to surrender to iii) as mortgagee such land in main deed as hereinafter described consideration - 5s paid by ii) to i) i) at request of ii) assign to iii) - piece of outlying garden ground at rear of main premises to intent that unexpired residue of term of 17 years may, so far as regards said piece of ground, be extinguished. All other provisions to remain in force in regard to said shop etc signature and seal of 2 directors and the Secretary of i).
