    Agreement as to right of light i) Alice Willard, 47, High Street, Leighton Buzzard ii) William Wood, Bletchley iii) Florence Mary Wright, Haddon House, The Park, Nottingham iv) The Home and Colonial Stores Ltd., 2 & 4, Paul Street, Finsbury, London E C i) is owner of 47, High Street, Leighton Buzzard, freed from encumbrances except for a mortgage to ii) iii) is owner of 49, High Street, Leighton Buzzard and iv) are the lessees in occupation no 49 is entitled to a right of light to a window shown on plan (attached) which looks upon a passage or open space of i), who has recently erected a roof over such passage thereby obstructing flow of light to the window so is agreed as follows: i) may erect and maintain such roof no further obstruction or deprivation of light or air may be permitted to 49, High Street i) will erect a new lantern or skylight (as shown on plan) and brick up old window and finish off surface of storeroom inside no 49 to match surrounding wall surfaces and will make good all parts of no 49 affected by such works. Work to be completed to full satisfaction of Messrs Gale, Durlacher and Emmet, surveyors, 15, New Bridge Street, Ludgate Circus, London E C i) grants to iii) free and uninterrupted access and enjoyment of light and air to said new lantern. Nothing to be done which may affect right of drainage, right of light and air which may be used in connection with no 49, over no 47 i) to pay fees of Messrs Durlacher and Emmet and expenses of iii) signatures of i) and ii) witnesses C A Willard, 47, High Street,Leighton Buzzard, grocer George Staniford, Bletchley, wine and spirit merchant.
