Has been agreed that sums of £1000 and £57 18s 1d should be paid to i) and ii) respectively. Now in consideration of £1000 to i) paid by iv) at direction of iii) and of £57 18s 1d paid to ii) by iv) at direction of iii) and of £142 1s 11d paid to iii) by iv) i) and ii) by direction of iii) convey to iv) - messuage in High Street in Leighton Buzzard - dunghole - garden ground now known as 49, High Street, High Street, Leighton Buzzard to be held by iv) freed from all claims under said mortgages iii) acknowledges right of iv) to production of copies of deed of 28 February 1906 signatures of i),ii) and iii) witnesses Albert G Ruthen, Clerk to Messrs Newton and Calcott, solicitors, Leighton Buzzard Jno H Folmer, clerk to Mr D T Willis, solicitor, Leighton Buzzard Wm L Biddle, clerk to Messrs Lane Clutterbuck and Co.,solrs, Birmingham 25 June 1906.
