Lease and Release and Conveyance i) Thomas Creed, senior, Chesham, Bucks, auctioneer ii) John Matthews, Leighton Buzzard, watch and clock maker consideration - £400 to i) paid by ii) i) releases to ii) (in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year) - messuage in Leighton Buzzard, late in occupation of Richard Creed and now of Sarah Creed, his widow - that part of said messuage formerly adjoining thereto and called a shop but now open and laid to with the front shop of the said messuage formerly in occupation of John Martin, bookseller W John Stone in occupation of John Kempster and Ellen Birdsey E Leah Firth, widow S common street near Market Cross - furthermost barn from said messuage once in occupation of William Kempster and now of Sarah Creed - small bit of ground near furthermost barn and now used as dung hole - small piece ground - all outhouses, right of setting of pens and folds etc - yards, gardens, backsides etc - liberty of entry etc to the pump and to draw water from it ii) may also pass through backyard of premises of John Kempster and Ellen Birdsey to Friday Lane ii) to pay half of charges of keeping pump and bridge in backyard in repair ii) also to pay half of cost of keeping watercourse from pump in repair signature of i) attached: small plan of dunghole endorsed receipt witnesses S Creed, jnr David Lee Willis.
