Extract from the will of Mr Emor Firth, the younger, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman ... to Mary Firth and Catherine Firth 'my sisters' - all freehold and copyhold messuages, lands etc (not otherwise disposed of) in counties of Beds and Bucks for ever will dated Proved (Doctor's Commons) with note: Mary Firth married John Capon, esq., and survived him and her sister, Catherine Firth, and so became seised in fee of several estates 'under the above devise' including house and shop in the High Street,late in occupations of Saml Pyke and Matthias Dagnall and purchased by Mr Creed.
