No title - surveyor not given, ?John Durham. (John Durham of Dunstable, surveyor and auctioneer, was a well known map maker in the early C19 but moved to Old Stratford in 1828 (QSR 1828/816) He apparently founded the firm of estate agents, surveyor, etc. Messrs. Durham, Gotto & Samuel of Stony Stratford, Bucks. Nos. X323/1-3 & 5-6 appear to tie up with him.) All closes named. 26.6" = 1 mile.
