ii)for use of Sir George Carteret for joint natural lives of him & Philip without impeachment (subject to £800 pa above)
iii)Manor House of Hawnes with courts, yards outhouses, orchards, gardens
AND Dovehouse Close (20 acres), Stable

Close (35A), 3 Closes (formerly two closes) (72 acres) now or late in tenure of Robert Thorne
AND all hedges, ditches, mounds, fences, freeboards etc
To use of Sir George for natural life without impeachment for waste on his death to Dame Elizabeth, his wife to augment her jointure
Reversion on their deaths to Sir Philip

to use by Montagu etc to preserve contingent remainders for life of Sir Philip Carteret, who is to enjoy the rents, reversion in heirs in entail male, to wife bearing child if pregnant when he dies

to use of James Carteret (second son of Sir George) for his life
after determination of that estate to use of Montagu etc to allow James Carteret to receive rents & then the use of heirs male & James Carteret
