    Conveyance i) Thomas Barnard, Bedford, banker ii) Charles Robinson, Bedford, surgeon iii) said Thomas Barnard; Thomas Twining Wing, (Bedford, bankers) iv) Mary Williams, Bedford, widow v) Ellen Maria Cooper, Ipswich, Suffolk, spinster i) and ii) in exercise of the trusts for sale concerning the moiety of Hannah Francis agreed on 30 June last agree with v) to sell her the moiety of the premises for £940, and William Williams in exercise of the trusts for sale in will of Elizabeth Langley agreed to sell same moiety for like sum of £940 William Williams died on 9 October 1868. By will dated 10 May 1864 he devised all real estate and personal estate to wife, iv), absolutely and also devised to her all estates vested in him as trustee. Will proved (Northampton) on 4 December 1868 Principal sum of £300 and £3 for interest is still owing to iii) Now in consideration of £940 to ii),paid with consent of i), as trustee, as to undivided moiety of Hannah Francis and also in consideration of £303 paid to ii) and iii),with consent of iv), by v), and of £637 to iv) also paid by v)(total - £940) for the moiety of Elizabeth Langley iii) grant and iv) confirm to v) - nos. 70 and 72, High Street, Bedford (as in plan on deed and specified in schedule) to use of v) for ever Schedule - piece of ground in parish of St Paul in town of Bedford abutting on the High Street, as in plan on deed - messuage, dwelling house and shop with warehouse etc standing on part of piece of land, as are now in occupation of Alfred Jermyn, known as 70, High Street - other messuage, dwelling house and shop with buildings erected or built or in course of erection by v) on part of said piece of ground, as are now in occupation of George Downes and known as no 72, High Street, Bedford signatures of i),ii),iii) and iv) endorsed receipts witnesses Mark Whyley, solicitor, Bedford; Mark Sharman, attorney at law, Bedford.
