    Abstract of the title of the real representatives of Mrs Hannah Francis, widow, and Miss Elizabeth Langley, spinster, late of Bedford, deceased, to 2 freehold messuages, shop and premises in Bedford High Street. Reciting: X 803/48 and 49 Lease and release of 31 March and 1 April 1834 (recited in X 803/50) As to both moieties: X 803/50 As to moiety of Mrs Hannah Francis: She died on 31 May 1842 and was buried at Howard Chapel, Bedford Will of Thomas Wooldridge of 24 June 1848 by which he appointed Thomas Barnard and George Peregrine Nash, as his executors and trustees. William Joseph Nash, to replace father,G P Nash, if necessary. Property held in trust devised to them. He died on 4 July 1848. Will proved (PCC) on 13 September 1848 Thomas Barnard died on 3 June 1853 Grant of 14 January 1854 by which Thomas Barnard, son of Thomas Barnard, deceased, was appointed executor and trustee in place of his father Will of Hannah Francis of 8 June 1866 by which she appointed Charles Robinson of Bedford, surgeon, to be her executor and she bequeathed to her sister Elizabeth Langley, her half share of the rents of the High Street property. At her decease estates to be sold and proceeds to be equally divided between nephews and nieces She died on 20 January 1867. Will proved (Northampton) on 28 February 1867 As to undivided moiety of Elizabeth Langley: Will of Elizabeth Langley of 28 February 1867 by which she appointed the Rev William Alliott of Bedford, dissenting minister, and William Williams, Bedford as executors. She bequeathed all her real estate and residue of personal estate on trust for sale. Proceeds to be held on certain trusts. She died on 27 December 1867.
