    Further Charge i)John Langley, Bedford, tailor ii) Elizabeth Bradley; John Bradley (of Bedford, executors of the will of Benjamin Bradley) reciting previous loan Also i) had borrowed further £300 from Benjamin Bradley but no security was prepared or executed Benjamin Bradley died in 1815. By his will dated 3 December 1814 and proved (PCC) he bequeathed the residue of his estate to wife Elizabeth Bradley and son John Bradley to hold on trusts. By a codicil to the will William Chase of Hockliffe was appointed joint executor with ii) but ii) alone proved the will and so became legally entitled to receive principal sum of £600 and interest and also said £300 now i) has requested ii) to let said premises be charged also with said £300 Now in consideration of the £300 due to ii) by i) i) covenants with ii) that said premises will remain charged as well with £300 as with said £600 (total £900) no part of premises to be redeemed until total sum repaid, and interest at £5 p.a. signature of i) endorsed receipt witnesses Arthur Sharman, sol., Bedford; Jas Langley; J Times.
